Julian is a pragmatic programme manager with extensive experience (over 25 years) in leading successful business change projects involving core system replacement strategies. He also has a deep understanding of the travel sector including European markets with a track record of proven delivery.
He has delivered nine travel platform migration projects in the UK, Sweden, Belgium, France, Holland and Italy. Julian generally takes projects from conception and board approval through to delivery and business change planning.
