Duncan has spent 9 years working as an IT sourcing advisor to CIOs and senior stakeholders, leading engagements to devise, implement and optimise commercial sourcing strategies for IT services and major IT delivery programmes, across a range of sectors including travel & hospitality, manufacturing, retail and financial services.
Previously he spent 11 years working with travel and hospitality clients on digital transformation initiatives, and 9 years managing and developing software products for the airline industry.
Duncan uses strong facilitation skills to work with clients to determine strategic direction, and a structured negotiation approach to achieve effective results from supplier sourcing initiatives.
