In the early planning stages, we will ensure that the scope, budget and business benefits are realistic and achievable; that the management structure and resourcing levels are sufficient to deliver the project on time and on scope; and that the correct people are involved in the work.

During the implementation, we will ensure that senior stakeholders are fully involved and that change to the project scope and aims are handled effectively; that strategy and benefits continue to be in focus; and that timelines and budgets are balanced.
