Cool Travel are working for Kuoni Tumlare and have been responsible for the program management of Kuoni’s divestment of their Global Travel Distribution division (including the GTA bed bank) and its sale to Hotelbeds Group and the separation of the two organisations technical infrastructures.
This technical separation involved the creation of a complete copy of all major systems, including reservation systems, websites, content systems, CRM and finance systems, separation of corporate IT infrastructure, including email, security, networks, and file servers, across over 100 offices.
